Transport
Optional hotel transfers in Bali are available depending on where you are staying. Additional charges apply if you are staying outside the free pickup areas.
Reconfirmation by the latest 1 day before. Pick-up and drop-off areas: Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar, and central Ubud.
Bookings, Payment, and Confirmation

- Booking confirmation will be sent automatically to your registered E-mail address.
- The booking will be valid after you have completed your online registration order followed by the Electronic Ticket.
- Fastboatgili.com only receives payment via Paypal or local bank account otherwise payment can be done upon departure in the respected boat company.
- Ticket will be issued by the Boat Company after payment is completed.
Cancellation
- Cancellation earlier than 2 days before the departure date will be refunded 100% of the total amount,
except for a group booking, there will be an administration fee of 10% of the total amount
- Cancelation made one day before departure or on the date of departure 100% charge will be applied
- Trip Cancellation caused by bad Weather (All Fast Boat Operators stop operating)

Force Majeure
Fastboatgili.com will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage
suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation or other service providers and/or Fastboatgili.com
to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or
circumstance(s) if the non-performance is caused by force majeure.
By way of example, force majeure includes, but is not limited to, Weather, war, revolution, terrorist act,
closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe, or other causes that seriously affect both parties
and other unforeseeable causes beyond Fastboatgili.com's control.
Price and Additional Service
- Fastboatgili.com has the authority to change the price at any time without any notice.
- Prices listed on this site are prices only for boat transfers from port to port.
- Additional services (Pick up and drop off) are complimentary and provided by fast boat operators to certain areas.
- These services can be given only if you fill out your hotel details on the booking form provided.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be claimed as one package with the price listed for boat transfers.
Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving in your destination.
It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover.
The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses,
all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to the your country of residence
in the event of an accident or illness.
Disclaimer and limitation of Responsibility
- Fastboatgili.com is an agency selling ticket for the following services;
Fast Boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida to Bali.
- We will not take any responsibility for the delay or missing your flight, injury, losses, damage,
an accident during your traveling or trip that causes death, inconvenience caused by boat operator staff, or delay of
pick up time and not provide pick up by the operator or late departure of the boat, Sea condition which is causes
arrival late or not in time, change the boat route which is caused arrival late, wet, etc.
All of these are the policy of fast boat operators and the fast boat operator responsible.
That condition cannot be claimed by Fastboatgili.com. Fastboatgili.com will not responsible
for any additional charge for rescheduling, caused the boat is not operating or canceled and
transferred to another vessel (Ferry or Flight) by a fast boat operator.
- The trip is not suitable for passengers older than 60 years and infants (0-2 Years)
Complaints
In the event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with the fast boat service
